Dreamy alt-pop outfit Frida have released their brand new EP these are all the things we’ve found. Warm and bittersweet, the EP reflects on reoccurring feelings and internal change, attempting to navigate the path forward.

“We're happy to finally announce this little collection into the world. For the best part of a year it was like a hobby kit sitting on a desk, coming back to it every few weeks, glueing bits together, adding some paint, fixing a dodgy connection...

At times it’d been left in a worse place than it began the day with. Other objects crying for more attention, we figured it could sit on the shelf until the weather passed and we could take it out in the clear sky. But we're from Melbourne, and the sky is never clear for long enough. We realised even with some lost screws and uneven edges, it was something that was completely ours and that we were deeply proud of.

Our own hobby kit ~ ‘these are all the things we’ve found’ is a diary of emotions, change and sonic musings. We're happy to soon share it with you, and let it have it's own life while we look at other projects of ours individually and in different combinations. Frida will be here for us when we need it, and we hope this little collection will leave you with some lasting satisfaction, like a museli bar.”

Self-recorded and produced, Frida’s latest collection of songs float around pop, indie rock, soul and contemporary influences with unerring ease. The arrangements are dreamy; the music is mature, confident, and evocative of New Gods, Dan Kelly, Whitney and Cloud Control.
